Job summary

Electricity Maps is seeking a part-time student to support its Business Operations function in Copenhagen. You will gain hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot), billing processes, and GTM reporting while collaborating closely with the Business Operations Analyst.

This role suits detail-oriented students who want practical cross-functional exposure, handling tasks across data hygiene, invoicing, onboarding tooling, and reporting preparation. The role is in-office at Bragesgade, Copenhagen.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's program with at least one year left of studies.
• Comfortable learning new software tools quickly and working with complex spreadsheets (VLOOKUPs, importing data, and conditional formatting).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable with recurring/repetitive tasks.
• Enjoys taking initiative and is confident in taking on new tasks proactively.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Available part-time on an ongoing basis alongside studies.

Responsibilities

• CRM Data & Improvements: support data entry, hygiene, imports, deduplication; HubSpot usage.
• Customer & Billing Operations: handle Intercom messages, triage, invoicing, and onboarding API access tokens.
• Reporting & Testing Support: prepare recurring GTM reports and assist testing of new initiatives.
• Systems Support: debug automation errors (n8n, Clay) under guidance; maintain SOPs and Notion docs for GTM processes.
