Job summary

Trustpilot invites a Student Assistant to join our Nordic Sales Team in Copenhagen. You will research and identify potential leads, gather contact information, and help qualify leads for the sales pipeline.

You’ll help maintain CRM records and support collaboration with the team on lead handoff and outreach initiatives. The role offers 10–20 hours per week with flexibility around study schedules, and provides valuable exposure to international sales in a fast-paced company.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• At least one Nordic language (Danish or Swedish) required; additional Nordic language a plus.
• Interest in sales and business development.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Google and Microsoft products.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential leads.
• Use lead generation tools to gather contact information.
• Qualify leads based on criteria.
• Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team for lead handoff and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate customer-facing materials and sales collateral.
• Support event planning and outreach activities.
