Job summary

KEVIN.MURPHY Group is seeking a part-time student to support the Customer Service team in EMEA from our Copenhagen HQ. The role involves order management, invoicing, and direct communication with distributors, internal stakeholders, and logistics partners across the region.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with numbers, and able to collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing in a fast-paced, growing environment. 15-20 hours/week with flexibility around exams.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s program.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Comfortable with numbers and invoicing tasks.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage and service distributors via multi-channel communication.
• Enter, monitor, and track distributor and internal orders in Business Central.
• Issue final invoices based on orders.
• Coordinate with warehouse and freight forwarders on shipments.
• Provide reports and correspondence to the Customer Service Manager.
