Job summary

Novo is seeking an Associate P&O Director to partner with the Global VP of AI & Digital Innovation and lead P&O initiatives across organisational design, performance culture and workforce planning.

You will shape design, leadership, and capability development while driving strategic projects and change across the ADI leadership team and business partners. The role reports to the Director, Senior P&O Business Partner and requires strong English communication and business acumen.

Qualifications

• 8+ years HR experience with senior leaders
• Proven expertise in P&O areas like org design, talent & succession, performance culture and planning
• Experience leading people-side change and transformation (M&A, growth, divestitures)
• Strong business/financial acumen; ability to convert people data into practical recommendations
• Ability to coach, challenge and influence senior leaders with sound judgement
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree and HR certification desirable

Responsibilities

• Act as sparring partner to GVP and leadership team, translating business strategy into P&O plans with clear priorities and measures
• Strengthen organizational effectiveness by examining accountabilities, spans & layers, decision rights, and partnering with Finance on workforce scenarios and costs
• Guide leaders through annual P&O cycle: compensation, engagement, talent and succession, performance reviews
• Build a strong performance culture and an engaging, inclusive workplace via coaching and feedback
• Lead the people side of change and future capabilities, including readiness, adoption, succession and internal mobility
