Job summary

Novo is seeking an AI Finance Partner to shape how Business Finance HQ and Investor Relations use AI to work smarter and deliver measurable business impact. You will lead AI opportunities, align initiatives with FP&A and governance requirements, and drive adoption across Finance and IR in a collaborative, cross-functional setting.

The role requires practical AI experience, strong business acumen, and the ability to translate ideas into repeatable value for Novo’s global operations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business, finance, data science, or related field.
• At least two years in business partnering, digital transformation, finance, analytics, consulting or AI adoption.
• Strong FP&A knowledge: planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving and process-design skills with ability to map to use cases and delivery steps.
• Proactive mindset with stakeholder-management skills and ability to drive projects end-to-end.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot) and governance requirements.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI opportunities and shape a roadmap linked to clear business outcomes.
• Lead selected use cases from problem definition to delivery.
• Build a repository of practical AI tools, prompts, agents and workflows.
• Bridge AI CoEs with Finance and IR and keep solutions up to date and governed.
• Drive adoption through training, coaching and hands-on support.
• Collaborate across Business Finance and IR to align AI initiatives with organisational goals.
