Job summary

Cernel ApS is hiring SDRs to join our Aarhus team and own the full outbound process, from prospecting to booking meetings. You will help shape the SDR and sales function as we scale quickly in the AI-driven ecommerce space.

We seek 1–3 years in SDR or outbound sales, a fierce motivation for starting conversations from scratch, and the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment. English fluency is required, Danish/German/Dutch a bonus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of SDR/BDR or outbound sales experience.
• Fluent in English; Danish/German/Dutch a bonus.
• Willing to work 37 hours per week in Aarhus.

Responsibilities

• Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation end-to-end: prospecting, outreach, follow-up, and meeting booking.
• Execute high-volume, high-quality outbound across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and hand off opportunities to the closing team.
• Help design and test outbound sequences and messaging for your market.
• Manage a clean, structured pipeline with discipline in our CRM.
• Bring field insights back into our GTM strategy.
