• Sort and allocate premium and distance deliveries; check and investigate failed deliveries if required.
• Prioritize and re-allocate failed deliveries for next-day delivery; input data into in-house tracking system.
• Maintain clear communication with the team and other depots; follow FedEx procedures and regulatory requirements.
