Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking an Operations Support Agent to join the team in a fast-paced environment, ensuring urgent packages reach the right place on time while delivering high-quality customer service. You will follow local and corporate regulations and help move freight securely.

The role emphasizes handling inquiries, coordinating deliveries, data entry, and collaborating with depot teams to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage own time effectively with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from customers in relation to collection requests, along with delivery queries.
• Sort and allocate premium and distance deliveries.
• Check and investigate failed deliveries / collections. Prioritize and re-allocate any failed deliveries for the next day delivery.
• Input data into our in-house tracking system.
• Maintain clear and effective communication / collaboration with the team / manager and other depots.
• Follow FedEx processes, procedures and controls as well as external regulatory requirements.
• Provide support to your supervisor and team members as required within the location.
