Qualifications

Proven leadership at executive level with P&L responsibility.
Experience in a large international corporation and strategic growth.
Strong understanding of production, supply chain and commercial insight.
Preferably background in agriculture, food or biological products.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the strategic direction for DSV Frø Danmark.
Drive commercial growth and strengthen market positions in Denmark and Scandinavia.
Improve production, supply chain and logistics with focus on efficiency.
Lead and develop the organisation with strong management pipelines.
Drive business development and identify new market segments and products.
Manage investments and support digitalisation and modernisation.
Maintain relationships with growers, distributors, customers and stakeholders.
Collaborate actively with the international DSV Group management.
