DLG Group's Vilofoss is seeking an Operations Controller in Fredericia, Denmark. You will partner with production sites to translate operational data into insights, manage month-end closing, product costing, inventory valuation, and drive continuous improvements in reporting and performance management.

The role combines finance and operations with broad exposure, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunity for growth.

Competenze

• Experience in controlling or business partnering in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of production costing, costing and performance management.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in Danish and English.

Mansioni

• Lead production controlling activities including month-end closing and product costing.
• Analyze operational and financial performance, identify variances, and recommend actions.
• Support forecasting, business cases, investment analyses and cost optimizations.
• Develop and enhance reporting and visuals, including Power BI.
• Strengthen data quality and process compliance with Production and Purchasing.
