Magle Biopolymers in Denmark seeks a Business Controller to become the single source of financial truth for the Køge and Hårlev sites. You will build the cost model on top of Dynamics 365 Business Central and partner with operations and management on steering the business.

You will own the annual budget, provide monthly close input via an outsourced accounting team, and deliver cost-per-unit visibility to support decisive action.

Competenze

• HD in accounting or equivalent professional qualification.
• 4+ years in controlling, including at least two as plant/site/controller.
• Built a fully loaded cost model or standard costing framework.
• Strong Excel skills to build cost and business-case models.
• Ability to challenge senior leaders with data and remain collaborative.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Power BI is a plus.
• Fluent Danish and English.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain cost model and cost prices for Køge and Hårlev.
• Deliver cost-per-unit visibility by product and customer with variance analysis.
• Own annual budget, estimates and long-term forecast with CEO and leads.
• Lead monthly reporting to management, Board and Group, fully reconciled.
• Partner with operations, commercial, supply chain and quality managers.
• Establish production metrics and dashboards for daily steering.
• Calculate and challenge business cases, pricing and improvements.
• Act as counterpart to external auditors on cost prices and inventory valuation.
