Job summary

FOSS is seeking a Group Controller to join the Group Control team in the Finance function. You will shape financial strategy, ensure robust control processes, and support global operations from our head office in Hillerød, Denmark.

You will work with a team of four and drive standardized processes, consolidation, and reporting while collaborating with international colleagues to support the company’s growth and sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in corporate finance or controlling
• Audit experience from a Big Four or similar
• Experience with internal controls and compliance
• Knowledge of international tax and transfer pricing
• Familiarity with Danish GAAP (ÅRL)
• Strong MS Office skills; SAP or OneStream is a plus
• Interest in AI tools for analysis, reporting, or automation
• Desire to improve processes and work across global teams
• Willingness to dig into details while keeping big picture in mind
• Fluent English; Danish a plus

Responsibilities

• Own parts of the group control process across the organization
• Contribute to monthly reporting within area of responsibility
• Drive internal audits and country visits for compliance
• Support consolidation using OneStream as core system
• Prepare the group annual report with reconciliations
• Collaborate on tax and transfer pricing documentation
• Ensure compliance with Danish GAAP (ÅRL) and IFRS
• Develop and maintain robust internal controls and drive improvements
