Job summary

Tryg is seeking two Transformation Managers to turn ambition into concrete change as part of our Nordic Target Operating Model rollout across Business & Technology. You will translate the TOM into tangible changes, address gaps and work closely with business and technology leaders to implement the model in practice.

You will own concrete transformation topics end-to-end, facilitate workshops and ensure progress from problem identification to stabilization, aligning with our hands-on,

Qualifications

• Experience turning transformation ambitions into practical change.
• Proven experience implementing organizational or operating model changes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication, incl. senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of the Target Operating Model across Business & Technology, turning principles into organizational change.
• Identify gaps between current and target ways of working and drive practical solutions across roles, governance, processes and capabilities.
• Work hands-on with leaders and teams to make the new operating model work in practice.
• Take ownership of transformation topics from problem identification through implementation and stabilization.
• Facilitate workshops and decision-making with stakeholders at all levels.
• Manage dependencies, track progress and drive changes through to embedding.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and decision material for TOM evolution.
