Job summary

Tryg is seeking two Transformation Managers to turn ambition into concrete change as part of our Nordic Target Operating Model rollout across Business & Technology. You will translate the TOM into tangible changes, address gaps and work closely with business and technology leaders to implement the model in practice.

You will own concrete transformation topics end-to-end, facilitate workshops and ensure progress from problem identification to stabilization, aligning with our hands-on,

Are you motivated by making transformation happen in practice? At Tryg, we are implementing new Ways of Working and our Nordic Target Operating Model across Business & Technology - and we are looking for two Transformation Managers to help turn ambition into concrete change.

About the role | Transformation

You will work from our Target Operating Model and help translate it into tangible changes across Business & Technology. You will work directly with both business and technology leaders, teams and stakeholders to implement the target operating model and address the organizational and operational gaps that arise along the way.

Core tasks

• Drive the implementation of the Target Operating Model across Business & Technology, turning principles and design into tangible organizational change.
• Identify gaps between current and target ways of working and drive practical solutions across roles, responsibilities, governance, processes and capabilities.
• Work hands-on with leaders and teams to make the new operating model and Ways of Working work in practice.
• Take ownership of concrete transformation topics from problem identification through to implementation and stabilization.
• Facilitate workshops, working sessions and decision-making with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Manage dependencies, track progress and drive agreed changes through to implementation and embedding.
• Prepare clear executive-level presentations and decision material, and contribute to evolving the TOM based on insights from implementation.

The direction is set. This role adds the execution power needed to accelerate progress, pick up important transformation topics and make the changes work in practice.

We are looking for someone who is motivated by making change happen. You enjoy taking a complex problem, getting into the detail, working with people to solve it and staying with it until the change is implemented.

You likely have experience from operating model, organizational or technology transformation, management consulting or a similar role. What matters most is that you know how to turn transformation ambitions into practical change.

• Proven experience implementing organizational or operating model changes - not just designing them.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a structured, pragmatic approach to turning ambiguity into concrete actions.
• The ability to move comfortably between the strategic picture and operational detail, working hands-on with teams to develop practical solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders and create clear executive-level decision material.
• A high level of ownership and a strong delivery focus - you take responsibility for moving topics forward and seeing them through.
• The ability to navigate a complex organization with multiple stakeholders, dependencies and competing priorities.

As part of the Tryg transformation journey, Operating Model Transformation and Ways-of-working is a crucial enabler for moving Tryg in the right strategic direction.

You will become part of Business IT & Digitalization (BID), which today consists of approximately 520 dedicated employees who support the current development of the Tryg Group. The BID organization is Nordic, with the majority of central functions located at the headquarters in Ballerup.

The Organizational Transformation team is part of our Transformation Office, which currently consists of six people who work closely with other departments across the organization.
