Job summary

Ørsted is seeking a PMO-focused professional to co‑lead workstreams in large transformation programmes and provide execution support. You will partner with business leaders to plan, drive, and realize benefits across the organisation.

You will collaborate with multiple functions to govern delivery, track progress, and implement change initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience driving workstreams as a project manager or junior project manager in transformation or implementation‑focused programmes.
• Certification in a recognised project management approach or equivalent experience.
• Experience from large‑scale transformation initiatives, or equivalent experience.
• Exposure to change management, training, or process design, or equivalent experience.
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and navigating complex organisational settings.
• Clear, structured, collaborative, solution‑oriented communication.

Responsibilities

• Co‑lead projects and workstreams within large transformation programmes.
• Support programme delivery through planning, governance, reporting, stakeholder coordination and benefit tracking.
• Drive implementation‑focused initiatives in close collaboration with business leaders.
• Plan, coordinate, and track delivery across multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Support change activities, including new ways of working, process design, and capability building.
• Ensure alignment between strategy, execution and measurable outcomes.
