NTG | Nordic Transport Group A/S is seeking a hands-on Transformation Manager to bridge strategy and execution across the Group. You will lead the rollout of the Transport Management System, establish governance, and drive change management while coordinating post-merger integrations and cross-border initiatives.

With exposure to AI, digitalisation, finance, and operations, you will shape how NTG scales across 80+ entities.

Qualifications

• Facilitate collaboration between Group functions, operating entities and external partners.
• Support and refine NTG's post-merger integration processes and implementation playbooks.
• Driving acquisition integrations and supporting organic expansion projects, including greenfield start-ups.
• Support strategic transformation initiatives across areas such as AI, digitalisation, finance, commercial development and operational excellence.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of NTG's transformation methodologies and ways of working.

As Transformation Manager, you will become part of Corporate Development reporting to the Head of Corporate Development, where you'll be at the centre of some of NTG's most business‑critical initiatives, with the opportunity to grow the role into broader transformation leadership responsibilities over time.

About the role

One of your first missions will be helping drive the rollout of NTG's new Transport Management System across the Group. You will play a central role in ensuring successful implementation by establishing the governance, reporting, communication, training and change management frameworks required to support the rollout.

At the same time, you will help strengthen NTG's transformation capabilities more broadly by supporting post‑merger integrations, developing implementation frameworks and driving strategic business initiatives across the Group.

Limited travel mainly within Europe should be expected.

What it takes to navigate this role

We're looking for a hands‑on transformation professional who knows how to turn plans into action. You bring solid programme and project management experience and have successfully delivered transformation, integration or large‑scale rollout programmes where stakeholder engagement, change management and successful adoption were critical to the outcome.

You have experience establishing and running programme governance, including planning, reporting, risk management and progress tracking.

You know how to create transparency, accountability and alignment across complex programmes, ensuring that stakeholders stay informed, decisions are made and momentum is maintained.

Experience leading digital transformation programmes or post‑merger integrations is an advantage, while experience from transport and logistics is strongly preferred.

Most importantly, you thrive in entrepreneurial environments where not everything is predefined. Structure isn't always given - but that doesn't slow you down. You take ownership, communicate clearly, adapt easily to different stakeholders and know how to keep things moving when complexity increases.
