Job summary

Tryg Forsikring A/S is transforming its operating model and Ways of Working across Nordic Business & Technology. You will translate the Target Operating Model into practical changes, engaging with business and technology leaders to implement and embed the new ways of working.

You will work hands-on to diagnose today’s ways of working, design pragmatic solutions, and drive them through to realization with strong collaboration and ownership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing organizational or operating model changes.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a structured, pragmatic approach.
• Ability to move between strategic thinking and operational detail.
• Excellent stakeholder management and clear executive communication.
• High ownership and delivery focus to move topics forward.

Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of the Target Operating Model across Business & Technology, turning principles into tangible organizational change.
• Identify gaps between current and target ways of working and drive practical solutions across roles, governance, processes and capabilities.
• Work hands-on with leaders and teams to make the new operating model work in practice.
• Take ownership of transformation topics from problem identification through to implementation and stabilization.
• Facilitate workshops and decision-making with stakeholders at all levels, and track progress to embedding changes.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and decision material, contributing to evolving the TOM.
