COWI is seeking a Site Manager to join Sustainable Workplace Services in Aarhus. You will oversee and coordinate outsourced workplace services, monitor supplier performance, service targets and KPIs, and ensure compliant, budget-aware operations on site.

The role requires a visible on-site presence with cooperation across Danish and international stakeholders, including occasional travel to Hamburg, and collaboration with our Integrated Facility Management partner to deliver high-quality

Qualifications

Experience from workplace services or facility management.
Experience coordinating outsourced services and following up on service quality.
Structured working style balancing operations, administration and deadlines.
Proficiency in Danish and English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

Ensure workplace services are delivered to high standards with external partners.
Follow up on KPIs, targets, invoices, quality standards and deadlines.
Collaborate on ISO-related activities with suppliers and sustainability objectives.
Address workplace issues promptly and coordinate follow-up with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Support budget follow-up and cost management for your area.
Provide practical site and reception support when needed.
