• Strong financial acumen with budget and P&L experience.
• Experience in contract management and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Experience in change management or mobilization projects.
• Fluency in Danish and English is essential.

Aufgaben

• Lead all workplace operations on site, setting and sustaining the highest standards for environment, safety, and user experience.
• Act as the primary on-site point of contact for the client, building occupants, landlord, and managing agents.
• Oversee vendor partners, holding them accountable to SLAs and service expectations.
• Manage compliance with current legislation and regulations across all facility areas.
• Support short and long-term client projects, leading facilities, fit-out, and crisis management activities.
• Identify and remove operational roadblocks, driving timely, effective solutions.
