Job summary

SPIE Global Services Energy in Esbjerg seeks an experienced Permit-to-Work Coordinator to support offshore maintenance. You will prepare and review WP packages, verify risk assessments, and coordinate with offshore teams to obtain approvals.

The role requires a technical diploma and 6+ years in industrial maintenance, with strong HSE knowledge and SAP/CMMS experience. You will help drive safety, performance, and continuous improvement across the asset base.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in industrial maintenance, including oil and gas.
• Significant experience with Permit-to-Work systems and maintenance prep.
• Good knowledge of HSE management and risk assessment methods.
• Experience with CMMS systems (SAP preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue work permits for corrective and preventive maintenance.
• Review work orders and ensure technical docs are ready before issuance.
• Verify JHA, risk assessments, and isolation certificates are completed and attached.
• Coordinate with offshore maintenance team to obtain permit approvals.
• Ensure permits align with work priorities and operational constraints.
• Support weekly planning and permit review meetings.
• Maintain permit records to be traceable and auditable.
• Coordinate with offshore supervisors for efficient execution.
• Contribute to KPI reporting on preparation performance.
• Identify and propose improvements to permit prep processes.
