Job summary

NorSea Denmark is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead the NorSPIE HSE department and drive a strong safety culture across offshore maintenance operations. You will work with Danish and expat colleagues, reporting to senior leadership and ensuring compliance with HSE requirements.

The role requires offshore Oil & Gas experience, knowledge of ISO standards (9001/14001/45001), and proven leadership. You will develop KPIs, participate in audits, and mentor teams to keep safety first in every

Qualifications

Offshore Oil & Gas industry experience required.
Strong knowledge of HSE management systems and ISO standards.
Proven leadership and ability to influence across cultures and disciplines.
Experience with hazard identification, risk assessment and preventive measures.
Excellent planning, reporting and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the NorSPIE HSE department and drive overall HSE performance.
Shape and implement HSE strategy and safety culture across onshore/offshore activities.
Ensure compliance with HSE legislation, company standards and governance.
Lead risk assessments, incidents investigations and audits with management support.
Develop, implement and maintain audit and inspection programs.
