Job summary

SPIE Global Services Energy in Denmark is seeking a seasoned Permit-to-Work coordinator to prepare and coordinate WP packages for offshore maintenance teams, ensuring all permits follow COMPANY rules and procedures. You will verify technical documentation, risk assessments, isolations, and JHAs, and coordinate with planners and offshore supervisors to secure timely approvals.

A technical diploma in mechanical/electrical/instrumentation or maintenance and at least 6 years of industrial

Qualifications

• Six years of industrial maintenance experience, including oil & gas context.
• Solid experience with Permit-to-Work systems and maintenance preparation activities.
• Good knowledge of HSE management systems and risk assessment methodologies.
• Experience with CMMS systems (SAP preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate Work Permit packages for offshore maintenance teams.
• Verify that permits comply with COMPANY rules, procedures and work priorities.
• Review JHA, risk assessments, isolations, and drawings for permit approval.
• Coordinate with offshore maintenance team, planners and supervisors for approvals.
• Support offshore teams during permit execution and resolve related issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement of permit preparation and work management.
