Job summary

SeaLink in Vejle, Denmark is seeking an Online Consultant to provide excellent customer support across email, chat and social media, while helping customers with product information and order issues.

You will work with the sales team to boost online sales, respond promptly, and continually update product knowledge to enhance service. Fluency in English is required; Danish work authorization is needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
• Experience in a customer service role is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiar with online platforms (email, chat, social media).
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple inquiries.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
• Must have a biometric passport (or ability to obtain one).
• Must be legally able to work in Denmark.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through online channels such as email, chat, or social media
• Provide accurate and timely information about products or services to customers
• Assist in processing online orders and resolving any order issues
• Monitor online reviews and respond to any negative feedback in a professional manner
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for increasing online sales
• Continuously update product knowledge to better assist customers
• Help develop and improve customer service processes for online channels
