As an Online Consultant you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients via online platforms Your main goal will be to ensure that clients are satisfied with our products and services and to assist them in any inquiries or issues they may have This position requires excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as a strong understanding of our companys products and services

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients through various online channels such as email chat and social media
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries providing accurate information and solutions
• Build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships based on trust and satisfaction
• Address any complaints or concerns in a timely manner escalating issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge in order to provide accurate information to clients
• Assist with troubleshooting technical issues related to our online platforms
• Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent communication skills in English additional languages are a plus
• Proficiency in using various online platforms such as email chat and social media
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
