Job summary

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in an SRE role or platform role.
• Experience with building and maintaining observability systems in Grafana or similar.
• You can navigate Linux, Windows, and Docker.
• Bonus: knowledge of network topology, firewalls.
• Bonus: experience with streaming, event sourcing, NATS, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Define alerting policies and assist developers in configuring alerts.
• Create kick-ass dashboards to understand system health.
• Create runbooks and incident response workflows.
• Identify observability gaps and drive improvements as the platform grows.
• Submit pull requests to Python scripting, Terraform, and documentation.
