Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking an Engineering Manager for the NG-SIEM LogScale Frontend group in the Aarhus region. You will lead a team of frontend engineers, owning the frontend roadmap, dashboards, and data visualization capabilities for security analysts and IT operators.

You will partner with Product, UX and backend teams, drive hiring and mentorship, and ensure scalable, high-quality frontend delivery across a rapidly growing platform.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with frontend frameworks (React, Ember, Angular) and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• 2+ years of engineering management leadership, hiring and delivering complex initiatives.
• Deep understanding of frontend architecture patterns for large-scale apps, including state management and testing.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Kestrel event search initiative for the frontend and build a new, analyst-centric UI.
• Own the frontend vision and roadmap for LogScale, including dashboards and data visualization.
• Lead and grow a team of frontend engineers; mentor, develop talent and foster ownership.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and backend teams to translate customer needs into frontend solutions.
• Set engineering standards, code reviews, testing strategies and development workflows.
• Own delivery execution; break down initiatives into increments and manage dependencies.
