Job summary

Trackman is seeking a Customer Success Manager to support Golf Driving Range and Commercial Indoor customers across Sweden and Finland. You will be on-site with customers, train staff on software and tools, and drive ongoing engagement to boost adoption and revenue.

The role requires strong communication, travel 60-75% on-site, and a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset within a global team.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Swedish and English; Finnish is a plus but not required.
• Relevant sales, marketing or customer-facing support experience, ideally in Golf or Sports.

Responsibilities

• Assist commercial customers in planning and execution of launches and operations.
• Ensure on-site staff are educated on Trackman software and tools.
• Build and nurture the operator community through events and workshops.
• Conduct regular meetings with owners and staff to share updates.
