Job summary

PEAK Wind is seeking a Strategy Consultant to support international clients through all project lifecycle phases, delivering O&M strategy projects for offshore wind players. Based in Denmark or Germany, you will join a global Strategic Consulting team and report to the Head of Strategic Consulting.

You will run client meetings, develop strategic plans, and create roadmaps for O&M portfolios while leveraging PEAK Wind’s subject-matter expertise.

Qualifications

2+ years of professional experience in energy sector or management consulting.
A relevant degree in engineering, business or economics.
Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

Lead client-facing workstreams end-to-end, managing client relationships and identifying engagement opportunities.
Deliver strategy and improvement projects using management consulting best practices and PEAK Wind’s O&M expertise.
Manage projects and execute and deliver analyses.
Develop concepts for O&M portfolio strategies and asset management plans for specific assets/sites.
Identify improvement, cost optimization, and process optimization opportunities.
Analyze key optimization drivers for offshore wind O&M and develop roadmaps.
Support clients through contract landscapes and operating-model implications.
Develop new PEAK Wind service offerings based on client needs.
