Job summary

Vestas is seeking a Site Manager to lead offshore service campaigns and upgrades. Based in Aarhus with global travel, you will coordinate teams, logistics, documentation and safety compliance to deliver projects on time and within scope.

You will work in a cross-functional Offshore Service organization, supporting 90 travel days per year, with strong leadership and communication requirements. This role requires an engineering background and experience in wind projects.

Qualifications

• Electrical or Mechanical Engineering background.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
• Experience in wind industry.
• Advanced knowledge of construction/service management processes, models and methods as well as process safety standards.
• Ability to obtain and hold GWO and country specific Construction Medical check certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate offshore campaign execution by ensuring teams have the required personnel, tools, materials, documentation, qualifications, and training.
• Provide operational leadership by setting clear expectations for safety, quality, planning, and execution.
• Guide the operational planning and lifecycle management of service orders, ensuring work scopes are prepared, monitored, executed, and closed accurately and on time to support efficient project delivery.
• Coordinate vessels, resources, tools, spare parts, and materials to ensure operational readiness and efficient project execution.
• Ensure project documentation, operational plans, and compliance requirements are accurate, complete, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
