Job summary

Vestas is seeking an organised, service-oriented Lead Professional in Procurement Engagement and Business Operations in Aarhus. You will coordinate events, leadership visits and stakeholder engagements, ensuring plans are delivered with professionalism and discretion.

You will work across Procurement leadership and Strategy Governance to connect business activities, drive operational excellence and enable sustainable, resilient supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in business operations, project coordination, or a similar role.
• Demonstrated skill in coordinating complex events and cross-functional activities.
• Strong planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication for professional materials and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365; experience in procurement or supply chain helpful.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement-wide events, leadership engagements and workshops.
• Align stakeholders, activities, timelines and requirements across procurement.
• Translate engagement plans into structured, impactful activities.
• Manage event logistics, programs, communications and materials.
• Prepare business-ready presentations and documentation.
• Improve coordination processes and maintain documentation with discretion.
