Offshore HV Electrician for Wind Projects

Job summary

DELPRO is seeking skilled HV electricians or engineers to join offshore wind projects across Europe, the US and Asia. You will travel to offshore sites, install high-voltage cables, and support testing and commissioning under HV training.

You will start with hands-on installation and gradually advance through HV certifications and practical on-site experience, with a clear development path to become a qualified HV Technician on international projects.

Qualifications

• Education as an electrician, utility operator, or similar technical background.
• Experience in high-voltage work or as an industrial electrician is preferred
• Physical fitness (able to pass Chester Step Test at minimum “good” level and OGUK medical)
• Valid driver’s license
• Speak and write English professionally (level B1 or B2)
• Be able to document previous employment and tasks

Responsibilities

• Travel to offshore sites
• Install high-voltage cables in wind turbines (once HV trained)
• Connect cables, switchgear and transformers (once HV trained)
• Test installations on site (once HV trained)
• Support installation, commissioning and other project-related activities
