Job summary

DelPRO is seeking an HV Technician to join our offshore wind projects. The role involves traveling to offshore sites across Europe, the US, and Asia, installing high voltage cables in wind turbines and connecting cables, switchgear and transformers as HV training completes.

Candidates should have electrical qualifications, HV experience preferred, and be physically fit with a valid driver’s license and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Education as an electrician, utility operator, or similar technical background.
• Experience in high-voltage work or as an industrial electrician preferred.
• Physically fit (able to pass Chester Step Test and OGUK medical).
• Valid driver’s license and professional English (B1/B2).

Responsibilities

• Travel to different sites offshore.
• Install high voltage cables in wind turbines (once HV trained).
• Connect cables, switchgear and transformers (once HV trained).
• Test installations on site (once HV trained).
• Support installation, commissioning and other project-related activities.
