DELPRO is seeking skilled HV electricians or engineers to join offshore wind projects across Europe, the US and Asia. You will travel to offshore sites, install high-voltage cables, and support testing and commissioning under HV training.
You will start with hands-on installation and gradually advance through HV certifications and practical on-site experience, with a clear development path to become a qualified HV Technician on international projects.

Build your career as an HV Technician
Whether you already have HV experience or are looking to develop your career in offshore wind, DELPRO offers a structured pathway towards becoming an HV Technician.
You may initially start as a TT-C, gaining hands-on experience with installation and mechanical tasks while learning from experienced colleagues and building valuable offshore wind experience. During this period, you will become familiar with our working methods, safety culture and project environment.
As you progress, we will support your development through HV training, certifications and practical on-site experience. Our goal is to provide you with a clear development path and the competencies needed to become a qualified HV Technician working on international offshore wind projects.
