Job summary

MacArtney Offshore Solutions in Denmark seeks a Field Service Engineer to perform on-site and offshore service on our offshore handling equipment for global marine customers. You will join the Service Team within the Automation Department and receive comprehensive hands-on training, including FAT at our Bur facility.

Qualifications

Holding a technical qualification in electrical or mechanical trades is preferred.
Experience with PLC programming and diagnostics is desirable.
Strong problem-solving and customer-facing communication skills required.

Responsibilities

Deliver professional service work on-site and offshore at customer locations.
Provide remote troubleshooting and technical guidance.
Perform fault finding and servicing on equipment including PLC adjustments.
Coordinate service projects and participate in 24/7 on-call rota.
Install, commission and SAT of equipment delivered to customers.
Provide customer training and documentation upon completion of assignments.
