The role emphasizes resource planning, risk and change management, project reporting, and adherence to gate processes before transferring manufacturing to Operations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering complex technical projects in product development or technology transfer.
• Ability to lead technical specialists and facilitate design reviews and key decision-making processes.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment and with cross-functional, international teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead maturation and transfer projects of laser products, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Plan resources, manage risk, and oversee change control and project reporting.
