Job summary

Ambu A/S in the Copenhagen area is seeking a New Product Introduction Engineer (Process Development) for our Ballerup headquarters. You will collaborate with R&D designers to influence product design for manufacturing and assembly, and you will design, set up and validate processes.

You will join a global team across Denmark, Germany, the USA and Asia, report to the NPI Manager in Ballerup, and travel 0–20 days/year as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in developing manufacturing processes and equipment aligned with strategy and regulations.
• Develop, validate, optimize processes and set specifications.
• Apply Design for Manufacturing/Assembly in process development.
• Source and implement internal and external manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with R&D to optimize designs for process feasibility.
• Act as process expert for internal/external manufacturing; support global team.
