Job summary

Specsavers in Denmark is seeking a Head of Internal Communication, Northern Europe, to translate business priorities into clear, inspiring messages and engage colleagues across stores and offices.

You will lead a regional team of five, partner with country communications colleagues, report to the Director of Communications, Northern Europe, and help align internal and external communications during a period of expansion and change.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading an internal communication team and delivering communication strategies in a complex organisation.
• Strong people leadership experience and a proven ability to coach, develop and inspire communication professionals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and experience working across multiple markets and stakeholder groups.
• The ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders on communication approaches, change initiatives and business priorities.
• A strong understanding of organisational communication, employee engagement and change communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Northern Europe Internal Communication team, ensuring high-quality delivery across all markets and communication activities.
• Drive the execution of our internal communication strategy, ensuring colleagues across stores, offices and leadership teams stay informed and aligned with business priorities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on communication approaches that support priorities and change initiatives.
• Oversee planning, content and delivery of leadership, change, operational and people communications across Northern Europe.
• Foster collaboration across country teams and functions to create alignment and knowledge sharing across the region.
