Specsavers in Northern Europe is seeking a Head of Internal Communication to lead internal messaging across Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland and the Netherlands, reporting to the Director of Communications, Northern Europe. You will build and guide a regional team of five, shaping communication strategies that support business priorities and change initiatives.

This 12-month parental cover role focuses on strengthening collaboration across markets, aligning internal and external communications,

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading an internal communication team.
• Strong people leadership and coaching ability.
• Excellent written and verbal English; experience in multiple markets.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders on priorities and change initiatives.
• Strong understanding of employee engagement and change communication.
• Degree in Communications or related field.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Northern Europe Internal Communication team to deliver high-quality communication across markets.
• Drive the internal communication strategy to keep colleagues informed, inspired and aligned with business priorities.
• Advise senior stakeholders on communication approaches that support priorities and change initiatives.
• Oversee planning, content and delivery of leadership, change, operational and people communications across Northern Europe.
• Foster collaboration across country teams and functions to improve alignment and knowledge sharing.
• Continuously improve channels, tools and ways of working through innovation and feedback.
