Job summary

Doctors Without Borders/ Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) seeks an Internal Communications & Engagement Manager for the One Nordic Voice initiative. The temporary role starts at ~50% January–March 2027, rising to 100% from April–May 2027.

Qualifications

Relevant education in communications, marketing, PR, AV production or related field.
Experience developing comms plans and content for diverse internal audiences.
Strong writing, storytelling and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to manage multiple deliverables from planning to execution.

Responsibilities

Implement internal communication and engagement activities for One Nordic Voice.
Create messaging for diverse internal stakeholder groups based on strategy.
Coordinate communication across MSF Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland.
Produce presentations, AV materials, posters, logos and toolkits.
Advise leadership on risks, opportunities and stakeholder insights.
Support engagement activities and ensure clear, consistent communication.
