This highly autonomous role offers 50% travel, hybrid work, onboarding across multiple locations, and collaboration with top specialists. Fluent English and Nordic language skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, business development, or solution selling.
• Strong relationship-building and commercial skills.
• Fluent English communication.
• Professional proficiency in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively across the Nordics.
• Capability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage complex customer opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop key and strategic accounts across the Nordic region.
• Drive sales of the complete JBT Marel portfolio while coordinating internal specialists.
• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities and development accounts.
• Build trusted customer relationships and lead commercial discussions.
• Coordinate proposals, quotations, and customer solutions with internal stakeholders.
