JBT Marel in Aarhus is seeking a Senior Project Manager Innovation to lead end-to-end innovation projects in the Secondary Fresh unit. You will drive cross-functional product development from concept to delivery, balancing technical, commercial, and operational requirements.

The ideal candidate holds an MSc in Engineering/Business, has proven project management experience, and can lead international teams. English proficiency and willingness to travel up to 30 days per year are expected.

Formación

MSc degree in Engineering, Business, Innovation or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Solid experience in project management within product development, innovation, engineering, or technology environments.
Project management certification (IPMA, PRINCE2, or similar) is an advantage.
Strong people leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

Responsabilidades

Lead and manage cross-functional innovation projects.
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives and expectations.
Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources.
Monitor progress, provide status updates, and facilitate stage-gate reviews.
Ensure compliance with project governance, processes, and documentation standards.
Drive day-to-day project execution, including issue resolution, cost control, and risk management.
Visit customers and external partners as needed to support project success.
