Job summary

Orsted Asia Pacific is seeking a proactive Facility Manager to drive contract management, vendor coordination, and daily operations across our Danish sites, including the headquarters. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality outcomes while focusing on service delivery.

Join a Nordic team with SMEs and an admin trainee, contributing to ongoing development, optimization, and smarter ways of working.

Qualifications

Understanding of contract management and financial oversight.
Strong collaboration and structured working style.
Experience in facility management or similar environment is preferred.
Analytical and numerical skills with a commercial mindset.

Responsibilities

Follow up on deliveries from the FM partner in accordance with the contract and financial oversight.
Maintain structured documentation and processes aligned with governance.
Coordinate day-to-day tasks via indirect management ensuring practical FM solutions.
Support relocation activities, site changes, catering, and HSE on site.
Vendor management ensuring compliance with contracts and SLAs.
Drive continuous improvements in vendor collaboration and service quality, liaising with QHSE and acting as local emergency response lead.
