Job summary

Ørsted is seeking a proactive Facility Manager to drive contract management, vendor coordination, and daily operations across Danish sites including the HQ. The role emphasizes service delivery, governance, and cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

You will work with SMEs and an admin trainee to oversee daily maintenance, process improvements, and project relocation activities while ensuring compliance with contracts and budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience in facility management or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of contract terms and SLAs.
• Ability to analyze financial data and budgets.
• Collaborative approach across internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily FM operations across Danish sites.
• Oversee vendor performance, contract compliance, and SLAs.
• Coordinate with FM partner for service delivery and improvements.
• Support relocation activities, site changes, and HSE issues on site.
• Maintain documentation and governance aligned with contracts.
