Job summary

ServiceNow, Inc. seeks a Director of CRM Sales to lead rapid expansion of CRM-focused product lines in the Nordics.

You will build and mentor a team of Sales Executives across the evolving portfolio, drive Go-To-Market strategy, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver revenue growth and customer value. The ideal candidate has a deep SaaS sales background, strong leadership, and a track record of closing enterprise opportunities with C-level executives.

Qualifications

• Extensive track record of new business sales success in CRM solutions, including C-level interactions.
• CRM SaaS experience essential; PaaS experience preferred.
• Experience leading CRM sales teams of >4 years in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
• Strong ability to recruit, coach and manage high-performing sales teams.
• Fluency in English and regional Nordic language is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of CRM Account Executives to drive rapid new business sales growth in the Nordics.
• Build and drive sales strategy with cross-functional leaders to Go-To-Market in the region.
• Act as liaison to Global and Field Sales Leadership and forecast revenue growth.
• Engage in territory planning, opportunity development and closing opportunities.
• Mentor and develop team members to meet quotas and performance targets.
• Set territories and quotas, communicate expectations, and manage forecast accuracy.
• Build relationships with Solution Consulting, Product Development and Marketing.
