Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in field marketing, demand generation, digital marketing or related B2B marketing role.
• Experience planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive measurable outcomes.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Fluency in English; Danish or Norwegian language skills are advantageous.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Marketo and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and marketing leaders to execute integrated marketing programs aligned to the Nordic go‑to‑market strategy.
• Own the successful delivery of the Nordic marketing plan, ensuring campaigns are executed on schedule.
• Develop and activate local marketing initiatives across digital, ABM, partner marketing, events and customer engagement programs.
• Localise global and regional messaging to resonate with audiences across Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland.
• Collaborate with sales teams and partners to maximise market impact and support pipeline generation.
• Execute and optimise digital marketing tactics including email marketing, paid media, nurture programs and campaign workflows.
• Use insights and analytics to monitor performance and continuously improve results.
• Plan and deliver engaging customer events, executive roundtables, workshops and webinars.
• Maintain operational excellence across marketing systems including Workfront, Marketo and Salesforce.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, shaping marketing priorities through data and market insight.
