Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Category Analyst to analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and sales data across the Nordics. This temporary 12-month role focuses on harmonizing sell-out data and delivering actionable insights to supportブランド and category growth at retail.

You will collaborate with teams across Nordics, including senior leadership, to turn findings into opportunities and drive growth for Haleon’s brands in the Nordic markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Econometrics or related.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to run ad hoc deep dives and present insights.
• Fluent in English and able to influence at various levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop & maintain Nordic dashboards to track key performance indicators.
• Conduct competitive analysis and identify market opportunities and threats.
• Ensure consistent tracking of new product launches and support retail stories.
• Be the central point for data harmonization and improvements across the BU analytics teams.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and commercial excellence to improve data usage.
