Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Student Worker to support the Nordic marketing team with content creation, digital marketing, strategy execution and agency collaboration. The role is part-time (≈20 hours/week) for 1 year and can be based in Copenhagen or Helsinki.

Responsibilities include product launches, localization, channel maintenance, presentations, campaign support, translations, and asset coordination in a remote, cross-border team environment.

Qualifications

• Currently or recently enrolled as student in business, marketing or communication.
• Open to other disciplines with strong curiosity and interest in marketing/brand marketing.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Structured and able to meet short deadlines.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Strategic and analytical mindset.
• Comfortable working in remote teams.
• Fluency in at least one Nordic language and strong English.
• Experience with content creation.
• Goal oriented and hands-on approach.
• Knowledge of digital and social media marketing is a plus.
• Copy writing skills are a plus.
• Strong analytical skills; AC Nielsen experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support with new product launches, e.g. managing artwork changes
• Localization of digital marketing assets, e.g. YouTube films, banners, SoMe ads, print ads
• E-Com maintenance and optimization of owned digital channels
• Assist with preparing internal and external presentations
• Assist with campaign execution and launch preparations
• Administration support, translations, asset database maintenance, coordinating asset transfers between agencies
• Support consumer trend analysis and actions based on insights
