ElevenLabs is seeking a Senior Strategic Account Executive to drive growth across Nordic retail and consumer brands. You will own a portfolio of strategic accounts, identify opportunities for ElevenLabs' AI voice platforms, and lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles to deliver measurable business value.

You will build executive-level relationships, navigate procurement processes, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding and expansion across the Nordics.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of quota-carrying strategic sales experience in SaaS or tech, with AI exposure.
• Proven success closing long, complex deals with multiple stakeholders.
• Well-connected in the Nordics retail landscape with senior relationships.
• Experience selling to product/engineering leaders; translate tech into business value.
• Deep understanding of Nordic procurement processes and deal velocity.
• Comfort in a fast-growth, early-stage environment with new playbooks.
• Native or professional proficiency in Swedish or Danish; strong English for internal collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Build and manage a growing portfolio of strategic accounts across the Nordics, focusing on Retail and Consumer brands.
• Identify new opportunities where ElevenLabs' conversational AI can drive engagement and efficiency.
• Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and build business cases for senior executives.
• Develop deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape and customer use cases in the Nordics.
• Demonstrate expertise or willingness to learn about ElevenLabs' voice technology and value capture.
• Develop and execute account strategies to expand ElevenLabs' presence in Nordic retail.
• Partner with Customer Success, FE/DS and Solutions Engineering for onboarding and expansion.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior leaders on AI, voice interfaces, and generative AI trends.
