Job summary

Schneider Electric in Ballerup, Denmark, is seeking a Tender Engineer to drive technical solutions and pricing for customer projects across the Nordic region. Qualifications

• Suitable educational degree (Electrical engineer or cooling engineering degree preferred).
• Previous experience in tendering, project management, or related roles within the secure power industry is beneficial but not mandatory as we will support you in your growth journey.
• General understanding of secure power system engineering principles and tendering of secure power system solutions is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-growing environment, manage multiple priorities effectively, and adapt to evolving project requirements and customer expectations is essential
• Effective communication skills in Danish and English (Danish is mandatory)

Responsibilities

• Preparing technical solutions and costing/pricing for customer projects
• Analyze technical project requirements in request for quotations to develop tender proposals that align with customer needs and project objectives
• Ensure mastery of all aspects of the offer: technical proposal, costing, finance, cash flow, etc.
• Ensure consistency and interfaces, T&Cs, project set-up and hours, taxes, lessons learnt, etc.
