Job description

Would you like to work at the intersection of sales support, portfolio coordination and commercial operations, while helping ensure that plans are turned into action?

STADA Nordic is looking for a Nordic Sales Coordinator to join one of our commercial teams within prescription medicines at our Nordic head office in Herlev.

Your role

As our new Sales Coordinator, you will play an important role in our Nordic setup for the pharmacy sales of prescription medicines. You will help ensure that our products move efficiently through our flows, from commercial planning to availability at the pharmacy.

This is a highly collaborative role with a strong focus on coordination, follow-up and execution. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders across Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Norway.

Your key responsibilities

You will have a broad range of responsibilities centered around coordination, commercial awareness and effective execution. Your main tasks will include:

  • Ensuring a smooth order flow to the customer in collaboration with wholesalers across the Nordic markets
  • Following up on sales activities and commercial decisions related to pharmaceutical tenders
  • Coordinating price submissions to the relevant authorities in connection with tenders
  • Taking the lead on portfolio-related activities and ensuring alignment and progress in collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders
  • Working closely with support functions such as Quality, Supply Chain and Product Management
  • Monitoring changes in product demand and coordinating the appropriate response with Product Managers and Supply Chain
  • Following up on decisions and activities to ensure that tasks are completed accurately and on time
Who are you?

You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change and where your ability to maintain an overview and move tasks forward makes a real difference.

We imagine that you:

  • Are a supportive colleague who values teamwork and contributes positively to a strong sense of community
  • Remain calm and efficient when unexpected changes require quick decisions and action
  • Are comfortable working in a dynamic and volatile market where change is part of everyday business
  • Have experience with order management, product flow, sales support or a similar area
  • Are commercially minded and comfortable making decisions throughout the working day
  • Work in a structured way and take ownership of tasks from start to finish
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Are fluent in at least one Scandinavian language and have a high level of proficiency in English

Previous experience from the pharmaceutical industry or another regulated environment would be an advantage, but it is not a requirement.

At STADA Nordic, you will become part of an ambitious and collaborative organisation that works closely across countries, markets and functions.

We offer
  • A visible and collaborative role where your contribution makes a real difference to the business
  • A cross functional role with close collaboration with all departments throughout the Nordic organization
  • An informal and hands‑on working environment with short decision-making processes
  • A high degree of responsibility and ownership
  • Opportunities to develop professionally and grow within the role
  • An exciting workplace within a global organization where cooperation across countries is part of everyday life
